Lets the agent search and read the user's FreshRSS feeds through the
Google Reader API: keyword search scoped to a category or feed,
recent stories, full article text, the category list with unread
counts, and marking stories read or starred. Unread counts per
category go into the system prompt (optional) so the agent knows the
feeds exist.

The API has no text search, so search fetches up to max_scan recent
items in scope and matches them in the integration, ranking title
matches first and falling back to partial matches. Login runs in the
background in start(), and a rejected auth token is renewed once.
